Steve Zimmerman is wonderful - I am supposed to get a fence built this week and the fencing company was supposed to help locate lot pins... at the last minute it was recommended that I hire a surveyor. Steve was able to fit me into his schedule last minute, plot new ones, and showed me where they were located. Huge thank you to Steve and Bishop Engineering.
