The customer service at Apria DME is described as amazing, with a big shout-out to Blake L for tremendous service and making a new CPAP experience wonderful. The process of receiving a new machine was easy, with the gentleman helping clearly showing the customer everything they needed to know, and the machine working great. Amanda and her colleagues from the Carroll IA office were very helpful and kind in assisting a customer with a new CPAP machine, ensuring a smooth process despite the confusing situation due to new health insurance coverage.
