A prefabricated home should be the cheapest option available over $200,000 for a display model is unbelievable and that doesn't include the cost of the land or the cost of excavation or electrical water or anything else that's $200,000+ just for them to drop a prefabricated house on your property.. truly the greatest scam in housing history
