I live in Postville and we don’t have many options for plumbers here, and the few we do have are always overbooked. I good friend of mine gave me Larry’s number to see if he could provide his service in this area, when I called, Larry was very short with me and said I was too far away and hung up on me, he didn’t even let me finish talking. I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism and lack of interpersonal skills. I do have an accent because English is my second language but there is no reason to treat me like that, a potential customer should always be treated with dignity and respect.
