Ordered some bulbs off the site. At first it mentioned that it would ship one and not the other due to back order. I paid 10 bucks extra to get the bulbs even if one in two days. Then I get another email just saying it was back ordered and would expect to ship on the 2nd or March. Package just now shipped on the 3rd. Asked if they could refund the 10 bucks that I spent for the 2 day shipping. They gave me a 95 cent refund and basically told me to double check the site and call the office to make sure things are in stock. Definitely not good business or customer service in my opinion. They fill the order quickly and you had better make sure you do not want to return the item(s). They will not pay for shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee

I recently purchased two GE 4416a sealed beam headlamps for my Harley from Bulb Connection via Amazon. My experience with Bulb Connection was first class. My order arrived before the due date, the order was complete and undamaged. I was thrilled when the headlamps arrived. I opened the shipping package then opened the sealed GE packaging but found the bulbs though both technically amber in color they were significantly different in amber color from one another. I contacted Bulb Connection who instructed me that since I purchased through Amazon that the refund process would have to go through the Amazon process for return.
