ProRoofs has been incredible in every aspect of our transaction with them. We had weather damage on our roof, which did involve our insurance company as well.We had reached out to another local roofing company but they were not being responsive.We heard the ProRoofs ad on the radio and emailed Kevin in the evening. By 7am the next day, Kevin had reached out to us and wanted to get something scheduled within the next 24 hours.When Kevin came to inspect our roof, he anticipated we would need to re-shingle our whole roof. ProRoofs replaced the roof on our home. They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process from initial quote through post installation follow-up. We were provided several options to find the best fit for our needs. We ultimately chose ProRoofs to do our work based on their prompt follow up as well as the confidence that we had knowing that this was a father/son operation with decades of experience. I called Kevin on Monday to get an estimate and he had the estimate done by Wednesday and I approved of the price and he had one of his guys there on Thursday to do the repair!!
