John Mustaine is beyond helpful and kind! He got to me to change my tire on the side of the highway within 30 minutes. He even followed us down the highway to make sure everything was driving safely and put more air in the spare. Could not recommend anyone better!
This evening our car broke down badly on our way to send off my niece to ISU. Thanks John for his great and quick help today to tow our car for a 40 minute ride to Ames. He dropped us off at ISU and then waited patiently to unload our stuff. Finally left our car at a Ford dealership for service. He’s thoughtful and thorough. I wish him all the best.
While you never want to be in a situation to need a tow, I highly recommend Mustaine’s Towing when you do! Jon answered the phone immediately when I called and walked me through the process and answered my questions in a friendly and helpful manner. He clearly communicated, showed up when he said he was going to, and was professional all around. The price we paid for the tow was just as quoted- which we found very reasonable.
