Kathy and her crew are absolutely amazing! You always get what you ask for! 5 Stars everytime.
I make the drive to Spencer to see Kathy because I know i’m going to love it every time. I know that I’m going to get an amazing experience alongside that. She does any and every design you show her, and she doesn’t complain or roll her eyes either. She nails it every time! My boyfriend and I go as a pair each time. I make my appointments ahead of time, and Kathy brings one or two of kids because they love my boyfriend. He used to work at a daycare, is amazing with kids, and they all three have a blast! There’s just something about calling your favorite nail salon and them answering the phone with, “Hello, Justice!” is so personal and sweet. If you’re looking for a family-owned and operated business, great service, products, and results, a great and forgiving atmosphere, I always 10/10 recommend!
