6 months ago I twisted my ankle plus, I've had a lot of issues with muscles in my lower back that connect to my hip joint causing sciatic and heel pain.

I had a 2 hour massage (mainly because my body & to my job I needed it)! I'm not saying it didn't hurt, but no pain no gain, BUT SERIOUSLY it actually was not as bad as I thought it was going to be as he talked me through breathing and relaxing when needed. Josh really knows what he's doing!
