Pixler Electric Co

Pixler Electric Co. was founded in 1936 by Howard Pixler, soon joined by his brothers Ivan and Lester. The business grew steadily until 1948, then rapidly with the success of its wiring contracting division. By 1960, growth required a larger location, built on 5.5 acres in Spencer, Iowa, where the company had moved in 1938. The original Pixler brothers and their fellow electricians may have retired, but we proudly carry on their tradition of excellence. Still family-owned and locally operated, Pixler Electric is committed to meeting every electrical need of homeowners, businesses, and farmers within a 60-mile radius of Iowa’s Great Lakes region.
