My scheduled appointment was on time. I was greeted with lots of smiles. I had several tests prior to meeting with my doctor. Everything was explained to me as I went thru the process. One of the gals helped me choose new frames-that’s always overwhelming!!! Now waiting to get my new glasses!!
I went to Eyecare Centre last year, but immediately wished I had gone to Northwest Visionas usual instead. Lesson learned and now I wouldn't get my eyes checked anywhere else. They get you in and out quickly and they are super friendly. I wish they had a better selection of frames that my insurance would cover, lol.

It was great service all around, from the desk to the doctors to getting set up with new glasses. They take the time to explain everything to you as well as offer advice on frames. I always enjoy the service I get.
