I had an appointment with Ruth Banks in Spencer, a few weeks ago, and I have to say I highly recommend her!!!
She is the first person to ever get my hair cut the way I have been asking for.
It was same experience with my eyebrows, she was amazing!!
I totally enjoyed visiting with her as she worked her magic.
She is very down to earth, and ever so kind. She is very attentive, and communicates well with you on a plan.
I am looking forward to visiting her again!

My hair was in horrible condition and they cut it perfectly and colored over my terrible color! I'm so thankful to them! I'm still loving my hair a week later! Thank you to them!!!

Ashley knew exactly how to style my hair after cutting and applying a toner/gloss. My only con: she didn't use neck paper so my back got wet while washing my hair. Neck paper, A MUST!!
