I highly recommend Josh if you were needing deep tissue trigger point massage! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I feel more balanced and don't feel like I favor one side. I definitely will be utilizing strength/stretching/balance options Josh explained would help me.

6 months ago I twisted my ankle plus, I've had a lot of issues with muscles in my lower back that connect to my hip joint causing sciatic and heel pain.

I had a 2 hour massage (mainly because my body & to my job I needed it)! I'm not saying it didn't hurt, but no pain no gain, BUT SERIOUSLY it actually was not as bad as I thought it was going to be as he talked me through breathing and relaxing...read full review

My first massage was here and I was very satisfied with the quality and the therapist. It's a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Nancy was very professional and helped me too relax and enjoy my time.

I got a facial from Jae. She is very knowledgeable, she explained the products she used and their purpose during the process.This was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels so much better!
