Russ and his wife were amazing! I called on Monday and set up and appointment for that same week. His wife was thorough with the before, during, and after process. To top it off she emailed all of that to me beforehand. When Russ arrived he was kind to me, my animals, and kids. He let me know what to expect and what to do for after care I highly recommend their services.

The Clean Machine did an AMAZING job on my carpets, sectional & ottoman. The sectional & ottoman looked like they did the day they were delivered. There were naughty pet stains on the dining room carpet & I thought it was ruined. It looks almost brand new now. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend using The Clean Machine. I will definitely be having them back to do a cleaning again.
