I’ve been going to US nails for 5 years and have never had any issues until they hired a new guy. He sits in the front row, do NOT let him do your nails. He ruined my shape, did a sloppy job on my design, and his excuse was “sorry I’m not an artist.” Besides that, US nails did take care of me and had someone else fix my nails as good as they could.

I love U.S. Nails!!! My first time ever got a manicure and the Stylist (Lee) asked if I want a pedicure. I said no I have ugly toes and they are crooked. said she can make them look straight and beautiful...when I stood up and looked down at my toes I nearly cried my toes were straight and beautiful. Simply Magical! ? Thank you!!! This was when U.S. Nails first opened...I have been going here every since. It don't matter who does my French manicure and pedicure They are all Expert Stylist.Thank you U.S. Nails!!! Love you all!!! ❤️ Kimberly

I love my nails. The lady did a very good job at making them look nice. She was fast which is good because I typically have a lot that I have to do during the day. However, she seemed to go fast because she was irritated with having to do my nails. She put both of my hands into one nail dryer just to save time. When she removed my hands she scraped my skin on the side of the dryer. Her attitude definitely DID NOT deserve the tip I gave her. But I honestly don’t care about the customer service as long as the quality is where it needs to be, and it is.
