I met Jonathan with Universal Windows Direct at our Plymouth county fair in August 2021 I got two new windows put into my kitchen in October 2021 I then decided to get the rest of my house windows replaced Jonathan was awesome the whole crew was awesome I ordered 26 windows to be installed and they were installed at the beginning of February 2022 the crew that came to my house was great! I have a kind of crazy schedule with work because I also I work from my home. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and made it very easy for me to work while they were installing my windows. I am so glad I chose Universal Windows Direct for my window installation and I’m looking forward to working with them again in the future when I have the siding on my house replaced.
