Dr. Michelle is a fantastic optical doctor. She knows all the answers to my questions. The one thing I like most about her is her causal attitude as does her staff. Dr. Michelle is friendly plus informative. Had a problem with my insurance...Linda took the time and patience to get it all straightened out...at my age..I have no patience..I would have gave up and hung up! The choices of frames is amazing. Also I felt absolutely no pressure at any time to add this or buy this which is a blessing in itself.
Andrea is so sweet! She was so kind and helpful and had the best energy! She helped fix my glasses and they are back to new again! I appreciate you so much and Happy Holidays to you all!
