Awesome service by Edith. She took in my coat just perfectly. Always smiling, pleasant and for a great price. She (and her helpers) could not improve at all. The coat was finished exactly when she told me it would be. Value, smiles, kind words and TEN star service. I would recommend 'Professional Alterations' to anyone who is in need of Edith's services. I took a pair of coveralls in for a zipper replacement and she said it wasn't necessary to replace but she fixed it on the spot and said no charge. I did pay her for it and it's the third time she has done alterations on my work clothes. I hardly recommend it.
I can't sew to save my life. The very nice lady who works here (I assume she is also the owner) takes great care of me every time I need help. Doesn't matter if it is a small seam or altering a full suit. We are lucky to have this business in Sioux City.
