The staff at Pinnacle Heating and Cooling were incredible. Matt, Jessica, and Randy were so helpful in installing a propane conversion kit into my fireplace. Even though the manufacturer kept sending them the wrong part (not their fault), they persisted in communicating with the manufacturer and sending back the wrong part over and over again until they received the right one and installed it. And this was for a fireplace that I didn't even buy from Pinnacle--so this project was not a money-maker for them at all. But they were so gracious in agreeing to work on it, and in helping me with getting this fireplace to be functional! In the end, it works perfectly--because of them!! This is an integrous, excellent company; I recommend them 150%!!
