Knova’s had just done my floors on my house that we are remodeling. I am OVERLY impressed with how they turned out! From the jump of ordering the floors to the install, everything was great! The flooring (luxury vinyl plank) sold to us and installed by Knova’s Carpets is awesome! We are very pleased with how it turned out. Nick worked with me to choose the floor I wanted. He provided options in varying price points and gave me the advantages and disadvantages of each. He didn’t try to pressure me in any way. We have one more project to be done and that carpet will definitely come from Knova’s!
They did A GREAT job on the outdoor carpet for my front steps. They called when they got there, called for a quick question, and called after they finished. Expensive, but recommend going with Knovas.
