Hired him to do our siding. After 2 months he had part of one side of my house done and it needed to to be completely redone. I explained the issues and he tried to fix them. Two additional months later he had about a third of the house poorly done. This is when I told him I did not want him to finish the house and would like all my materials back and we would work out something for the labor. He hasn't returned any materials, money or even talked to me face to face. I unfortunately live next to him. I strongly advise against hiring him.
