Unfortunately, the board that was damaged was down for the count. This controlled the majority of our Garage Doors and Lifts. In other words. . . we were at a stalemate until a new board could be ordered, shipped and installed. We called Dave at Thompson Solutions and within minutes, (Not Exaggerating) we had a team of electricians looking into the situation. By 6:30 the same day, we had a brand new board and everything was updated and working great!!! I can't tell you how good it feels to know that there is this level of quality and customer service in our community!!
