There now is a second company named DeRocher Heating and Cooling Onawa Ia. started in 2002 that has NO AFFILIATION with DeRocher Service Co. Sioux City Ia. Recently there was a post by Susy Mooney who has incorrectly accused DeRocher Service Co. of poor service when it should have been posted to the Onawa business. DeRocher Service Co. does not do business with third party service providers.
I bought a geothermal system from Rich 32 years ago, and it finally had to be replaced. Rich and his team did an outstanding job installing the new unit. It works great, and it runs so much quieter than the old one. I couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with.
