Brandon is extremely knowledgeable, works with you and your schedule, and is the best trainer in NW Iowa. Definitely recommend him and his gym for anyone wanting to take it to the next level!!

I have known & been working with Brandon for 12 years and he is excellent at what he does. He is knowledgeable about what you need personally, will select workouts that will target what you are wanting to work on/improve & will push you so you see maximum results!

Now I might be a little biased because Brandon is my dad, but I believe that makes me qualified to speak about him as a person and as a trainer. Not only is Brandon an excellent father and mentor but he is also the best personal trainer in Sioux land, and I among many know this. As a person he is motivated and is willing to help others whenever needed. As a trainer he brings the same qualities and traits as a person to the weight room. He has so many new exercises and workouts that I’m never doing the same thing twice in a week and it makes the gym fun.
