“My husband and I had previously stopped at a Love’s for a PM service where they over tightened our fuel filter and cracked the housing. We ended up having it replaced here.
While they did a diag we sat in their lounge and waited. The seats are comfortable and they had a tv to entertain us. They also allowed our two dogs inside with us, thankfully because it was hot, as long as they remained on a leash. The shop did not have our parts in stock but were able to get them the next day.
We asked if they could give us a ride to the hotel nearby, they countered and let us use a complimentary loaner while we waited overnight, which our dogs were allowed in.
The next day our truck was finished promptly and through the entire experience all staff members were super nice. Shout out to Andy as our primary point of contact with the shop!”
