After puppy training and a year with an older dog who got sick alot, we weren't sure our carpets and rugs would ever be the same. Carpe-t Diem was honest about some stains they may not be able to remove due to some of our rugs being wool. They also gave us a fair quote, fit us into their schedule right away, worked efficiently, and left us with carpets that look brand new and rugs that look fresh and bright! I could not be much happier. A high quality service we will utilize again!
