I was in dire straights when I reached out to Ana. Three botched hair dye jobs (the second two to try to correct the first). She was welcoming and helpful and easy to contact via text. She color corrected my hair and not only made it look gorgeous again, but made me feel confident and beautiful again. I also had her cut my hair and thin it (it’s super thick) and she did not disappoint there either. In addition conversation and ease of being at the salon was great. It’s my second time coming to Bloom Beauty Bar and got my hair done with Ana both times! She’s so talented, professional, and really cares about the health of your hair. It’s a beautiful place, so nicely decorated, it’s clean and the vibe is so chill. I am so happy with how my hair turned out both times! She’s so friendly and time goes by so fast! I also saw Mercedes working on a client and was doing an amazing job at braiding their hair! Super talented girls!
