1:15 into a long drive to Lawton, OK belt started chirping and battery light came on. Lucky to veer off the highway and find Bauer Built. Also lucky they were able to get me in pretty quick to change the serpentine belt on my 300,000 mile Acura TSX. Super pleasant staff- both office and tech. The coffee was important too. Thx.

Having a flat tire can make a start of the day pretty crappy. Coming into this place, I gave my information to a kind lady named Kate. She was so sweet taking my information and showed me such kindness. They got me in right away and and fixed my tire. They all were wonderful and if I should need another repair or tire replaced, I’ll for sure come back and recommend to anyone I may cross paths with. Thank you for such kindness and good work. On a road trip with the Winnipeg Goldeyes baseball team. Noticed the front tires were wearing badly on the outer edge. I talked to Kate and she was able to get me in for a tire rotation. They notice that a wheel alignment was needed.. Kate booked me in next morning to get the alignment done. What great service from this team! Had me in and out in less then 2 1/2 hours. Also price ended up less then quoted. Thanks everyone for taking care of this for me. Jerry
