I came here with Dr. Fisher. It was my first time ever coming to a chiropractor. After the first visit I felt much better although I needed a 2nd alignment ( I might need one more before starting a once a month routine). She was very nice and professional and very talkative which Is something I like. The only thing that was confusing for me is they share a building with a dental place and their name First Step is very small and on the back side theres no sign. Other than that I recommend 100%.

I've seen Dr. Amanda Thomason one time so far, and the adjustment she gave me was the best I've ever had. Well worth the hour + trip from Storm Lake to see her. I'll be back in a few days and already looking forward to it.

Dr. Amanda is gentle yet effective when adjusting me. She's always so warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. It's very affordable to get an adjustment here and I always leave feeling my best!
