Bought 2 chairs and it took 2 hours. Sat in each chair ,I was debating about, 3-4 times. Sales woman was patient and kind. Very helpful but let me do my own thing. The delivery men were kind even though we are having construction going on

On June 15th, we decided to purchase a new couch and some other items from Furniture Mart. Two tall rising pillar shelves and a cocktail table. The sales woman was super attentive, personable, and fielded all our questions. When she didn't know the answer, she found out, which was much appreciated. Great staff member! Delivery day arrives and the men delivering the partial shipment were the same quality individuals as our sales woman. Quick to respond to questions, careful with our purchases, and took their shoes off before entering our home! Great people! As we didn't want the floor model of the couch we desired, we ordered that from the factory. We were told 6-8 weeks for our couch, as referenced earlier, that was June 15th. Our entire bill has been paid but we're still waiting for our couch to be delivered to the store, from the factory evidently. We are one week short of 3 months now.

Love my living room furniture!! I had a flaw in one of the cushions of my loveseat and Brent was very quick in getting a new piece for it. It’s now perfect! Thanks guys for the good work! Highly recommend!!!
