Their work is AMAZING, but the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. As well as I'm really not sure why we would have to have ANOTHER consultation when we have been patients before for the EXACT SAME THING, even if it's been six months? It's not like you go to the dentist to have a consultation before you get your teeth cleaned?!? The dentist has sent the information and made the referral. Most working parents, dont have time to take off multiple times in a month, ESPECIALLY for an unnecessary consultation to get a tooth filled. SERIOUSLY.
She is an amazing dentist and great with kids my kids love her! All of the staff is super nice and great with children as well (: my son had his first experience of getting his teeth fixed he was really nervous but when he got them fixed he did great and isn't even scared anymore because that's how great of a job they do here!
Brought my 1 and 2 year old and it was a great experience. The staff and Dr. Hoogaveen were so good with my kiddos! They loved the toys in the waiting area too. Take your kids here!
