What a wonderful staff & welcoming atmosphere. One feels that there is a true love and concern for my pets. It’s lovely to visit a place were my cats are handled with such gentle understanding.
I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions (and trust me there were a lot of them!). They took their time to get to know me and to get to know my dog. I felt comfortable leaving him for his surgery. Their follow-up was great and they were able to fit him in on short notice when we were having some difficulty after the surgery.
We love the staff at Shenandoah Animal Hospital! They are always kind and efficient! Dr Becca is the best as she takes her time with your family member and answers all of your questions. I know they are very busy there with only one doctor but they never make you feel rushed or that you aren't important. Kudos to the best staff, best doctor and best facility in southwest Iowa!!
