I had them out yesterday to clear a clogged kitchen drain. This is the only company I use and I'm happy with their service. Yesterday after he left I went downstairs to start a load of laundry and found black sludge spewed all over the back of my washer, wall and floor. I did not contact the company, I just cleaned it up and moved on with my life. I'm not sure why this happened, I've had them clear that kitchen drain before with no issue, but a word to the wise - if you have lower drains in the house, check them before they leave to make sure you don't have any other issues.
