Many people often complain, sometimes rightfully so; however it’s just as important to give positive feedback! I have been to both the Robins office and also the Boyson office looking for the right glasses for my tiny face. Everyone was super friendly and there was a wide variety of choices. Dr. Anderson was great and really listened to my concerns regarding my prescription. I found two pairs at the Boyson location yesterday. There were some fit issues which they couldn’t seem to resolve so I went to the Robins office today (Robins is open on Saturdays until noon) where Deanna “wizard of fitting” made everything just right! They were getting ready to close and yet she took her time to make it a fantastic experience! Thank you so much Deanna!
They have very a great knowledgeable staff. Willing to listen to your needs and problems and help find a solution.
Saturday stepped on my glasses. Where I bought them closed. Brought them in 11:30. Fixed in 10 minutes. NO CHARGE!
