“We had OBrien out because our water heater went out. We decided to replace the water heater, furnace and pressure tank for our well system due to them all being extremely old and setup in a manner that made several components inaccessible for service. This required moving a lot of things around and reconfiguring the area to make everything accessible. This involved a few guys and 1.5 days to get accomplished. Before they left on day 1 we had hot water and A/C functioning with loose ends tied up the next day. I called a few companies. Some never responded and some didn't seem like it's a project they wanted to deal with as it was a mess and quite a large undertaking. Zach from OBrien was happy to take it on and did a great job answering my questions before and after install. From the first time I called to the end I talked with 5 or 6 employees and they were all great. I highly recommend them. I thought the price was fair and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.
