I had a throughway eye exam, was very impressed.
However, the lady who fits/adjusts glasses did not understand how to adjust frames. She had my frames so maladjusted, I just asked her to stop. I took them ( and my prescription) to another optical shop. The gentleman there was not sure he could undo the damage. But luckily the frames were saved.
I am afraid I won't be back.
Not sure why my BCBS was billed, as I have VSP and annual exams are completely covered. I will inquire about this.
