It was my first time getting anything beside a basic cut and style, and I decided to try Hair Corner for my first major hair changes - balayage and Brazilian blowout. Needless to say, I was very nervous. I naturally have very dark brown hair and knew the process would involve bleaching my thin, fine hair. I went in a few weeks early to meet with Nandita to discuss what I wanted and she pulled out a book of swatches and we discussed what kind of color I was going for, which made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I went in today to finally get everything done, and Nandita was super sweet and accommodating. She remembered our discussion to a T (even better than I did!) and was very careful and precise when handling my hair. After the first round of dye left my hair a slightly different color tone than I wanted (I've read this is normal based on how your hair absorbs the dye), she quickly figured out how to achieve the cooler tone I was looking for, immediately and happily fixing the issue. My hair feels amazing after the Brazilian treatment, which includes take-home bottles of the shampoo, conditioner and bonding spray necessary to elongate the results - you definitely can't feel the bleach and double dye treatment my hair went through! Very happy with my results and definitely recommend Nandita if you're looking for someone skilled, passionate, attentive to detail and willing to please!
I have been to Hair Corner a few times for different services and have been very satisfied! For my haircut, I had Jose who did a fantastic job. I am very picky about how I like to have my hair cut and he was very attentive. He made suggestions that would suit my face and I was very happy with the final results. Nandita has also colored my hair and I was incredibly happy! I have never had my hair colored and she was very patient and explained the best options for me since I didn't want to bleach my hair. What I really appreciated about Hair Corner is that they listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend Hair Corner to all my family and friends!
I've been coming here for my last 3 haircuts. They're always very accommodating and able to get me in quickly. The staff is so friendly and Marbelis always gives me the exact cut I want. My new go-to hair salon.
