I contacted Haines, left a message and was called back same day. I had some minor water damage that required pad replacement and reinstall of carpet. We arranged a day and time for an estimate and both father and son showed up, went over what would be needed, explained what could and couldn’t be done. The estimate was reasonable so we scheduled for the following week and everything went smooth. Good people and I would use again.
I contacted Haines and Adam was able to provide same day services. We experienced water damage which required a portion of carpet padding needing to be replaced, as well as re-stretching and seam repair.
In less than two hours he had it back looking like new. Prices are extremely favorable and even better knowing you're supporting a local business. Highly recommend!
Contacted Haines to have the carpet stretched in our formal dining room and master bedroom. They responded promptly and came out within a couple days to give us an estimate that was very reasonable, especially considering the cost of replacement. Very pleased with the results!
