we had a basement carpet that had several puckers/wrinkles in it and it definitely needed stretched. I had not used Haines before but they did a great job. I'm very happy with how the carpet looks now. they are very professional and friendly and I learned some things about carpet from them! I'd definitely recommend these guys!
