“Ted was great. My wife and I had appts back to back. Unfortunately the power was out this morning and he gave us the Option to reschedule or we could proceed in the dark. We asked if he could work in the dark, and agreed we would stay for our appt. It was a first for both of us, getting adjusted.He was understanding about our concerns and issues and not overly assertive! We went ahead and scheduled a follow up appt and both feel great!“
