Will and Tim did a magnificent job on my property during the past week. I needed the following done: Grading work on my 3 acre property and three different types of rocks delivered. Also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. Even going the extra nine yards finishing the job better than I expected. The cost was very fair! I did get other estimates and decided to go with them due to there reviews on Angi's list, and just the attitude they took when going over what I needed done on my property. They both give you the confidence that the job will be done right. Other companies just gave an estimate and didnt show a special interest in my property. I will definitely go with this company in the future for any land grading needs. They do other work also, like brush and tree removal. Thank you Will and Tim!
Tim removed some cement steps that were starting to crumble. Tim did an awesome job breaking it up for us And hauling it away as we are expecting to get a deck built. The team that is going to be building the Deck told us that the person that broke up the old concrete steps did an awesome job which we already knew Tim did an awesome job. Highly recommend Tim for your needs
