Noy is so patient and really takes her time doing everything to help you look and feel beautiful. I haven't had anyone do my hair in a really long time and I'm so glad we found Noy!! She really knows what she is doing to get you the look you are going for.

Such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Stacy is great at what she does and on top of that is very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Bright Cuts.
