“I’m a regular customer of Kaylee B. I’ve been seeing her for over a year. She does a great job and I always love seeing her. Today was different. We’d recently lost our beloved dog. I was in her chair literally sobbing today after picking up his cremated ashes. I could not get a grip. She was so sweet and in between my sobs and heavy sighs, she managed to cut my hair. I thought about rescheduling but didn’t want to do that to her on such short notice. It had to be like trying to cut hair on a swivel but she did it! When I left she hugged me. It meant a lot.
