Jorge and crew were great to work with. Very professional, new floor looks wonderful, all cleaned up when they left, and it took just as long as they said it would. Final bill even came in a little under the estimate! Communication was excellent....called/came when they said they would and if they couldn't I got a call with when they could. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Villeda Construction for building and handyman needs. Jorge worked with us on designing our Cedar Deck. He had to be creative on placement of gates to confine our dog to part of the deck yet give him access to the backyard. Jorge and his crew have very professional knowledge of materials and methods of construction. We are impressed with the work crew. Their work ethics are exceptional. Starting on time every morning and even on the weekend. They cleaned up the work area every afternoon before leaving. This project was finished on time and within budget.
George was very easy to work with on scheduling/changing my tub to walk in shower ! the estimate he gave me the first day was the same as final cost!! work completed on time he made a very helpful suggestion to add bench into shower !!additionally he placed handrails/grab bars at perfect location for my safety convience getting in and out of tub ! i recommend George for any bathroom remodel etc.
