It was good. It took me a little time to actually understand what to do. But I had two different keys made. I liked the fact that get to get one free because that made me get two of one key and then another one so that was good. Price was good. But I miss the days of listening to the grind as we match the key in the machine at the local store I worked at.

I’d never used the key making kiosk before and was a bit intimidated. Reading and following directions - I’m good at that so keymaking was a success. Best of all…the keys work!

Nothing but good to say about Mark, Jeanette , and Samantha! Very pleased with their professionalism and Friendliness. Could not give them any less than 5 stars in All Areas! We need more people like them in Ottumwa! They take good care of their customers.
