I went to great clips today, checked in on line..got there 1 person named debbie was the only one cutting hair with a 4 hr wait !!! She was so nice and kept apologizing for the wait !! I watched several people leave , call and did not want that wait !!! Bad for business , if not for her i would not go back !!! You need more people cutting hair !!!! Awesome job debby!!!!

I don't like that this place is super busy and only a couple of people are doing all the work. I like the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment online. The people there are friendly.

This popular place have some crowded days, particularly Sunday afternoon. Some people like to use the app. I try to find a weekday to go and maybe do other errant while waiting time. Staff rotates a lot.
