My mother used them for her needs and was so caring, that was over 15 years ago, fast forward to the present, now I needed their services, they're still very caring and really quick with supplies. It's hard these days to get such great customer service, that's why I chose American Home Patient!

The automated phone system is terrible. There's no way to leave a voicemail directly with the person I'm trying to reach. I was given extension numbers for the people I'm trying to reach but I can't reach them. I end up speaking with SOMEone, SOMEwhere but have no idea if I'm even talking to someone in the office I've been connected to.
