Called with a busted pipe underneath my bathroom, he was here in no time. Was very nice (even when i was rudely on a business call when he arrived) he was honest about issues , was quick to fix the pipe for us, price was good. we will definitely call him for our future needs.
My sewer line backed up on Sunday. I called a company in Ottumwa to clean it out, but they led me on for the next two days saying they were coming and then not showing up. Someone told me about Luke Vande Wall's company. I called him Wednesday afternoon and he was at my house first thing the next morning. Very friendly, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend!
The only reason he didn't get five stars is because of the price. It was $300 an hour. He charged me $400 for just over an hour. He must have included travel time. I don't know if that's normal or not.
