Beyond helpful with advice when our old washing machine (that we didnt even purchase through them) was giving us trouble and needed parts. After 2 weeks we ended up giving up on it and went to the shop and looked through the models on the floor. Lisa was beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We had a heating element blow out on our oven. Called Van Roekel Appliance. They sent out a service tech that day, diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. Had a part the next business day and had it working again. Both service trips lasted no more than 15 minutes. Very reasonable charge for labor. Didn't matter that it wasn't a manufacturer they didn't typically service. We were extremely pleased with the quick return to normal, especially over the holidays.
