Our air conditioner hadn't been working well thru the weekend, and this morning, I messaged DeRocher Heating and Cooling here in Onawa. Wasn't too long, and I received a call from Kaleb. He said he would send a technician out soon. Blake was our technician. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our problem was found quickly and taken care of. He even taught us things about the unit that the installers never mentioned.De Rocher Heating and Cooling will be our go-to from now on.
Not sure there can be quicker service. From phone call to service comeplete with cold air again in around an hour and a half. Excellent all around!Service: HVAC system repair
